Each user may hold only one registered account on ph sabong. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph sabong will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password or device.
You must not share your account with any third party, allow others to use your account, or attempt to access another user's account. Any activity performed through your account is your sole responsibility, including any transactions or bets placed.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately through the in-platform support channel accessible after login. ph sabong will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving a valid report.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of ph sabong agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund:
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of system errors.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the platform's technology, content, or infrastructure.

ph sabong monitors platform activity and may take action against accounts that violate these rules at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Policy
All deposits and withdrawals on ph sabong are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, Instapay bank transfer, PESONet, and QR Ph. The name on your receiving payment account must match the name on your registered ph sabong account. Mismatches may result in processing delays or refusal of the transaction.
ph sabong does not guarantee any specific processing time for withdrawals beyond the standard same-business-day window for approved requests. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, transaction volume, and any additional verification steps required. VIP-tier members benefit from priority queue processing, as detailed on the VIP section of the platform.
Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed on the platform. ph sabong is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers or network interruptions. All transaction disputes must be submitted through the in-platform support channel within 72 hours of the relevant transaction date.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
ph sabong provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph sabong disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ph sabong does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
ph sabong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any losses resulting from gaming outcomes. All content on ph sabong — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph sabong or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
ph sabong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or at the user's own written request. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance may be returned to the user's registered payment channel, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
